Who will be my postpartum doula?

That’s me, Meredith!

I am a Madison native, a Registered Nurse, a plant mom, a reading machine, an outdoor lover, and a DONA Certified Postpartum Doula.

I first learned the term cura personalis in nursing school at Marquette University.

The idea of intentionally caring for the mind, body, and soul stuck with me so deeply, it only made sense to name my practice after it.

After all, who better tends to your head, heart, and body than a postpartum doula?
